If you are on long-term medication you can get a Repeat Prescription by using the list attached to your prescription. Please mark the items you require and either deliver, post or fax this to the Surgery. If you have lost your repeat slip, please ask the receptionist to print a replacement for you.
Help us to help you - We do not take prescription requests over the telephone
Patients on Repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Online services for Repeat Prescriptions and Appointments
If you are older than 16 and on regular repeat medication we can now offer you a new service, the ability to request your regular medication from the Surgery online, as an alternative to using your repeat prescription request slip.
In order to use this service you need to have access to the internet.
Security is very important to us at South Oxford Health Centre and the system is secure, and protected with a password of your choice.
