The surgery is usually able to remain open, but when there is local flooding there is considerable disruption to the local area and and significant traffic congestion.  Notably, the junction of Weirs Lane and the Abingdon Road is frequently affected during floods.

In the event that the surgery is flooded (or access if blocked) our team may relocate to provide services from another location temporarily according to our emergency flooding plan.  In this event our telephone system will be redirected so should you need to contact us please call us using our normal landline.

During flooding, information is available on the Oxfordshire County Council website, and Oxford Mail website

There is also specific advice and guidance on how to handle exposure to flood water available here
